Conduct additional research on this person, summarize your findings, and address the following: A biography of the theorist (2-3 pages): The biography portion of the paper should be relevant to the purpose of the paper. A detailed explanation of what you feel are the most important contributions of the theorist’s work A critique of the theorist’s theory from yourself, industry professionals, and scholarly journals A personal response to the theory: How does this relate to you in your everyday life and to your future career?

You should read your assigned reading assignment.
Next, you should post to the Discussion Forums- “Personality Theories Synthesizer” and “History of Personality”. Please make your main posts to the discussion forums by Thursday, and reply to at least two of your classmates’ posts by next Monday.
There also is a Written Assignment on a theorist of your choice from the list provided in the classroom instructions. Note that this is a 10-12 paper and it is due on Day 7- next Monday. Please read the instructions and grading rubric for this assignment under the assignment link at the beginning of the week so that you give yourself enough time to prepare for it.
