Individualized Behavioral/Mental Health Treatment Plan

Students will complete the Individualized Behavioral/Mental Health Treatment Plan. A fillable plan will be found in Course Resources. Under Additional Comments include the appropriate psychiatric and psychoactive drugs (or known as psychotropic medications) for the diagnosis(es) provided (Chapter 26 in The Clinician’s Thesaurus). This will based on the usage of the drug. Dosage and frequency are not necessary, but if added for completeness that is a plus.
