Goal is to interview each member of the health care team below and establish their roles within the organizational chart in relationship to the health care system as a whole.  This will help to engage these stakeholders in your project.

  • Preceptor
  • Someone higher on organizational chart
  • Someone lower on organizational chart

These questions are only suggestions designed to help get you started as you think about what you are going to ask the different members of the health care team.
