 The article must come from peer-reviewed journals, such as the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Journal of the American Dietetic Association, Journal of the American Medical Association, PubMed, etc. Include a summary of the purpose of the study, methods used, the results and the conclusion of the researchers.  Usually, to describe a research paper you use “Introduction”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results” and “Discussion/Conclusion”.
