  1. Identify and define the leadership style of the organization in the Practice Setting Assigned.
  2. Discuss at least three factors that influence the leadership style used there.
  3. Identify areas that you may improve in the Practice Setting as a Servant Nurse Leader (as you consider integrating the attributes of JESUS Christ as the Servant Leader in the Holy Bible).
  4. Articulate how these changes will be effective in the Practice Setting, with all the glory be to God.
  5. Support your recommendations with evidence from the word of God and evidence based research (less than 5 years).
