Hypothesize a methodology which would solve the issue equally for both genders.
So as a PYRAMID, it would be EVALUATION ON TOP, then SYNTHESIS, ANALYSIS, APPLICATION, COMPREHENSION. And at the bottom would be KNOWLEDGE.
EVALUATION– INVOLVES ACT OF DECISION MAKING, JUDGING, OR SELECTING A RATIONALE. *REQUIRES SYNTHESIS IN ORDER TO EVALUATE.
SYNTHESIS – COMBINES ELEMENTS TO FORM NEW ENTITY FROM ORIGINAL ONE. *REQUIRES ANALYSIS IN ORDER TO SYNTHESIZE.
ANALYSIS– SEPARATES WHOLE INTO ITS PARTS UNTIL RELATIONSHIP AMONG ELEMENTS IS CLEAR. *REQUIRES ABILITY TO APPLY INFO IN ORDER TO ANALYZE.
APPLICATION – USES INFORMATION IN A SITUATION DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL LEARNING CONTEXT. * REQUIRES COMPREHENSION OF INFO IN ORDER TO APPLY IN NEW SITUATION.
COMPREHENSION– INTERPRETS, TRANSLATES, SUMMARIZES, OR PARAPHRASES GIVEN INFORMATION. *REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE IN ORDER TO DEMONSTRATE COMPREHENSION.
KNOWLEDGE– RECOGNITION AND RECALL OF AND SPECIFICS.

1. Interpersonal communication was used in this article
2. Some principles involved would be communication as a whole because she gave it a meaning to what she was trying to fight.
3. The elements I noticed were evaluation, synthesis, analysis, and knowledge
4. I believe evaluation, synthesis, and analysis would work best in my household because for one all 3 of the elements do require each other to make a whole solution and I do believe those are the 3 main elements that can solve many things.

Deciding on a career can be exciting and scary at the same time, but a career in health insurance and billing sounds like a great fit. As a health insurance employee you would assist patient or customers with either choosing what insurance would work best for them or with processing insurance claims for a medical office. It would really depend on which direction you decide to go in. As a Medical biller you would be responsible for creating bills for patients and making sure codes are correct, you would also be spending a lot of time in front of a computer screen. The good news is I don’t think there will be a shortage of careers in health insurance and billing.
SO FOR both question I need a total of 4 things…
