The COVID-19 pandemic presented the nation and health care organizations with an unforeseen emergency. Leaders will be faced with many different types of emergency and crisis situations. These types of situations require all health professionals to be leaders in their communities.
Review the article here on Crisis Leadership from Interagency Critical Incident Stress Management Program and address the following topics:

- Describe the nursing leader’s role in the crisis.
