*This assignment is for an Executive Coaching class, the coaching model you can use is GROW. Please make sure this paper relates to a coach (myself) and client workplace scenario.

In this assignment, you will develop a case study scenario you may encounter in your work environment or future work environment. The case study should include a one-page detailed scenario including demographics and important information on the individual’s situation. Then provide a two-page analysis of how you would apply a coaching model in working with that client. This assignment should be a minimum of 5 pages (cover page and reference page count, too) and include at least three research based references cited in APA style.
